- 24x7 monitoring: Our network operations center (NOC) is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and our team of certified engineers uses powerful network monitoring tools to ensure your servers are always up and running at maximum efficiency.
- System administration: As your virtual network administrator, we take full responsibility for the ongoing management of your server. We add or delete users and e-mail accounts as needed, and conduct a variety of other administrative tasks on a daily basis. All you need to do is tell us your business needs, and we'll handle it from there.
- Patch management: Server manufacturers regularly release patches to protect your servers from newly discovered vulnerabilities. Failure to apply these patches increases the risk of failure. Staying on top of patch management can be a significant challenge. With IntelliServer, we take responsibility for this critical, yet routine task.
- Performance management: To maintain your network service levels we monitor all critical elements, such as CPU, RAM, and hard disk utilization, to ensure that if they fall outside pre-determined parameters, one of our IT engineers is notified.
